MEET ATY
Family Life Coach & Founder of The Art of Peace
Hi, I’m Aty — a wife to a hands-on problem solver who puts his family first, a stepmom to a thoughtful and competitive 15-year-old, and a mom to a kind-hearted 6-year-old. I am a Certified Professional Life Coach, Certified Therapeutic Arts Practitioner (not clinical), as well as Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) certified.

I stepped into coaching alongside my certification as a therapeutic arts practitioner. My approach blends mindfulness, brain-based education, and creative expression so families can better understand emotions, behavior, and communication.Through this work, I’ve guided children, families, and seniors towards a path to healing, growth, and connection.

I’ve overcome obstacles and hardships in my own life, and those experiences have fueled my drive to support others on their journeys. I know firsthand how powerful it can be to have the right tools, encouragement, and perspective, and I am deeply passionate about helping others find those for themselves.

Currently, I also serve as an educator, working with K–5 ESOL students who represent 13 different languages and cultures. Every day, I’m reminded how compassion, patience, and creativity can build bridges and empower people to thrive.

At the heart of it all, I believe in people. I believe in their ability to grow, to heal, and to create meaningful change in their lives. And nothing brings me greater joy than being part of that journey.

If you’re ready to explore new tools, new perspectives, and new possibilities, I’d love to walk alongside you.
