Overview

Teen Coaching gives adolescents a supportive space to explore who they are, manage stress, navigate social and academic pressures, and build self-leadership skills. The focus is on emotional stability, personal clarity, confidence, and practical tools for daily life.


Teens Will Learn How To:
  • Manage stress, anxiety, or overwhelm

  • Understand and regulate strong emotions

How Art Supports Growth

Used as a creative tool (not clinical therapy) to help teens:

  • Express emotions safely

  • Clarify thoughts and internal conflicts

  • Explore identity, strengths, and goals

  • Reduce stress and quiet mental noise

  • Engage in reflective, mindful practices


Simple Neuroscience Approach

Teens learn:

  • How the brain responds to stress

  • Why habits and impulses form

  • How to shift from reactivity to intentional action

  • How to activate focus and calm

  • Practical brain-based strategies for school and life
